The traditional recipe of the area you should try

Recipe for kiltiritsia from Kavala
One of the favorites and traditional recipes you will try in Kavala is the kiltitsia. Until, however, you will be there, the chef Eleni Psychouli has the recipe you can use to make them by yourself.

Materials
1 kg minced beef
1 cup bulgur
400 g tomato, passed in grater
4 onions, passed by the grater
1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons of paprika sweet
2 teaspoons sweet sugar
parsley for serving
salt and pepper
First, mix the minced meat in a bowl with the half quantity of the onions, half quantity of the paprika, the bulgur, the parsley, and the salt and pepper and together with 1/2 cup of water. Then we grease our hands and make small meatballs the size of the walnut.
We have a low and wide saucepan and we sauté the remaining onion in olive oil. Finally, we add the tomato. We lower the heat and add the remaining paprika, sugar, salt, pepper, and 1 glass of water.
